Cranial Dental Thyroid Imaging

A Cranial Dental Thyroid (CDT) scan is a non-invasive, radiation-free imaging of the neck and head area. Combining cranial thyroid and dental thermography can provide a more comprehensive assessment of a patient's health. This is because the thyroid gland and teeth are both connected to the body's immune system and inflammation response.

 

By evaluating both areas with thermography, practitioners may be able to detect underlying health issues and provide earlier interventions, potentially leading to better health outcomes for the patient.

Upper Body Imaging

Upper body thermography can assist in diagnosing a variety of conditions, such as breast cancer, musculoskeletal injuries, and nerve damage.

The imaging can detect temperature changes in the affected area, which may indicate inflammation, injury, or disease.

Lower Body Imaging

Low body thermography is primarily used to detect and monitor various medical conditions affecting the lower body, including:

  1. Vascular disease: Low body thermography can detect changes in temperature that may indicate poor blood circulation or vascular disease in the legs.

  2. Peripheral neuropathy: This condition can cause nerve damage in the feet and legs, resulting in changes in skin temperature that can be detected using thermography.

  3. Diabetic foot ulcers: People with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing foot ulcers, and thermography can help detect areas of inflammation and tissue damage that may lead to ulcers.

  4. Sports injuries: Low body thermography can help detect soft tissue injuries, such as muscle strains, ligament sprains, and stress fractures, in athletes and other active individuals.

  5. Arthritis: Thermography can detect inflammation in the joints of the lower body, which can be a sign of arthritis.

Full Body Imaging
